Buying
How do I order online?
To order please go to Fruity Cuties' online shop. In the online shop you can browse and preview our range of products. When you've found an item you wish to purchase simply click on the "add to cart" button and the item will then be added to your shopping basket and you can continue to browse other items and add to your order. Once you are satisfied that you have finished shopping you can proceed to the checkout to complete your order. At this point you can verify your order, shipping information, billing and make payment. On completion of the transaction you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
How can I pay for my order?
All payments are carried out through PayPal. You can pay for your order through a PayPal acccount or with any major credit card or debit card including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron.
Is this website secure?
Any personal information you give us will be protected. Payments you make are secure transactions carried out by PayPal using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. PayPal has a long track record of successfully carrying out secure payments and handles millions of transactions every day.
Shipping
Where in the World do you ship to?
We ship items to most location Worldwide - please see our international shipping page for a complete list of countries we accept orders from and also deliver to. UK orders take up to 5 days to process and dispatch. Europe, USA and Canada take up to 10 days to process and deliver. The rest of the world up to 28 days process and deliver.
How much will shipping cost?
Cost of shipping varies depending the number of the items being shipped and the country the items are being shipped to. See Shipping rates.
Customs Taxes or duties may be charged by international customs for delivery of orders and these are your responsibility.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Shipping times are from time of despatch not order and that it may take up to 14 days to despatch your order depending on our stock levels. UK orders take between 3-5 days to arrive from despatch. International orders may take up to 3 weeks. If we perceive that there will be any additional delay in fulfilling your order we will notify you by e-mail. We like happy customers so we will alway do our best not to let you down!

Women's T-shirts are Fitted T-shirts available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL.
- XS = Extra Small, UK dress size 8, US dress size 4
- S = Small, UK dress size 10, US dress size 6
- M = Medium, UK dress size 12, US dress size 8
- L = Large, UK dress size 14, US dress size 10
- XL = Extra Large, UK dress size 16, US dress size 12
How should I wash my garment?
We would like to say carefully! Machine wash on a cold setting. Wash dark colours separately. Do not iron the print. Some slight shrinkage may occur.
Returns
What is Fruity Cuties' policy on returns?
We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us hello@fruitycuties.com to discuss return, exchange or refund. We DO NOT accept returns without prior agreement.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in.
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please include your invoice with the return.
All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.
